The hotel had a cool room design with a very comfortable bed and a good pillow choice, but the reception experience was disappointing after a long flight. The location was fantastic for walking around the city center and enjoying treats on our floor, with a surprising hit breakfast and a spectacular view. However, having to go to the 6th floor to change before departure was a bit inconvenient.

I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, the hotel fell short in a few areas. The reception was not very accommodating after my long flight, which left me quite disappointed. On the bright side, I didn't miss having a pool and the location was convenient for exploring the city.

The hotel was missing some essential room amenities like a Nespresso machine, ironing board, and more coat hangers, though it was situated on a quiet side street. However, our room on the Essence floor was possibly an upgrade as it was one of the best we've stayed in, despite lacking plush room slippers common in this price range.

The hotel provided a lovely and quirky stay on the Essence floor, offering one of the best room experiences we've had. The friendly service and fantastic location contributed to a wonderful weekend getaway, although some cleanliness issues in the bathroom were noted. The dining was a surprising hit with a spectacular view, enhancing the overall experience.

I had a 10.5-hour flight and all I wanted was a comfortable place to relax, but I was disappointed with the room overlooking the Main Street. However, the room itself was comfy with ample storage, a very cozy bed, and no noise disturbances. It was missing those extra touches like plush room slippers typically found in this price range.
